I will attempt to organize some simple business terms here over time to express what the origin is.

Reasoning

In business a single term can gain multiple uses depending on the audience and the department. In the business process management aspect it is good to understand these as your target audience is mixed.

Terms

B2B

Business to Business or the transfer of goods and services to the end user by way of a mediated supply chain. See: Private Label

Consumer

The end user of a product or service where the value or market stops. This excludes product resale or consumer to consumer markets.

Naming Convetion

A regular and standard method of naming anything. Side note: Sadly it seams that I am one of the worlds experts on this topic.

Product

Anything, including emotions. A product has expressed value.
